as a senior, 71, living alone your 5$ meals are letting me eat again, I didnt know how to stretch my ssi to last all month so I stopped eating but one meal a day and supplemented with cooked oats in the morning. Now I am cooking and getting 2 meals out of each dish, I am so grateful for your posts. Bless you

In a perfect world, everyone has access to fresh ingredients, and herbs, and spices. They have time to pump out restaurant quality meals. This isn't a perfect world, and as a chef myself, I know that time and ingredients don't always fit into day to day life. Love your message, keep it up!

shit bro. I just bought a tomahawk steak on sail. got it for 33$. it was priced at 58$ that is a luxury. I love your videos because I grew up poor and my mom cooked like shit. Hot... fast. Not only do I enjoy your cooking videos but appreciate your kindness. The world needs more kind and caring people. Your videos are so helpful for the people you mentioned but also for those with mobility issues who can't stand for long periods of time or have problems with their hands & can't do a lot of vegetable chopping.
