I don't know if this is splitting but whenever someone lashes out on me I immediately get all Tingley I go from loving thoughts to aggressive anger thoughts that is dangerous I lashed out screaming and crying wishing someone was dead or saying I will hurt them then after I feel nothing so exhausted for hours

i cant get diagnosed but if im arguing and someone yells st me i just completely calm down or if they randomly yell at me i just go "numb" and suddenly feel like i dont care does that happen to anyone else? but like when they stop yelling and calm down i get mad at them and stay mad forever (sometimes) like help
