very good and true but lackong in inderstanding as well. Yes this is the way to mastery but in their culture ANYONE with a bit of talent can choose to become a master in their chosen discipline. Here in America it has been stacked in the opposite direction. First you have to achieve a binch of certifications that require a lot of memorization and regurgitation of useless knowledge that doesnt pertain to your chosen discipline even remotely and even after you have to know someone or find someone willing to vouch for you in that discipline in order to even enter that discipline. Thats why the term "over qualified" is used the way it is here and why "you need experience to enter an entry level positon" exists in the first place. The system is made so that only those who already have a generational leg up can accomplish it. Example: Ive applied 9 times to become a police officer. I habe over 9 years in private security at large and small functions, certifications in hand to hand and firearms training, never been arrested or in trouble with the justice system (other than two tickets), had a cdl A for over 8 years, and have 4 years pre law with a passed LSAT. Ive been denied everytime even by departments "desperately hiring." My friend (whose dad is a cop) was just hired by the ciuntry sheriffs office and is in the academy now. Shes an ex stripper, no formal training in anything other than dancing, has been arrested at least twice, and is a known former coke head. See the problem.

Not true On average, Japan performs above the global average on cognitive and educational assessments. However, claims that Japan has a specific national IQ (such as 105–106) come from controversial datasets that many researchers criticize for methodological problems. Stronger evidence comes from international assessments like OECD PISA, where Japan consistently ranks among the world’s top performers in math, science, and reading. (doi.org)

Interesting because the Japanese i work with don’t do any of this and they don’t listen to industry experts to ensure organizational success. Maybe they need to go back to school so to speak.

How to heal after a breakup ❤️‍🩹 1. Allow yourself to feel - don’t try to numb the pain. Cry or scream if you need. There is no other way. Everything takes time so don’t rush this part. 2. Let go of the past - Don’t hold on to what’s no longer yours. Stop checking their social media, stop looking at past memories. The best thing you can do is work on yourself. Give it all to God! 3. Surround yourself with love - spend time with Jesus, friends, family, and loved ones. 💕 4. Focus on yourself - sports, church hobbies, personal growth. Dance new things. I know it’s hard. You might even go there in tears, but i promise it will help 5. Emotional journal/ Prayer - write down your thoughts and feelings; it helps you let go. Prayer out loud its important to process and learn from your mistakes, and giving it to God is a weight off your shoulder. 6. Don’t rush yourself into new relationships - heal yourself and set your boundaries. Anything you start without doing the inner work will end in pain. Your brain simply isn’t ready for a healthy relationship right away after this experience. 7. Reminder: it’s a lesson, not the end - every experience makes us stronger. I promise this breakup saved you, and one day you’ll understand why it all happened. 8. Give them no reaction - don’t watch their stories. In certain circumstances Block and move on. This is the only way to let go. 9. Stop entertaining your “what ifs” - “maybe they’ll change,” “maybe it’s not over” Your brain does this to avoid closing the door. 10. Working on yourself isn’t a bad thing… but do it all in a christian way remember we are here for a purpose to always glorify God. Seek him not the ways of the world learn to keep him in the center of daily life tasks! You are not alone.
