A lot of new age teaching gets twisted wrong. When they say 'it’s only you and nothing else exists' — that’s not the truth at all. Everyone does exist. We are all real, all on our own journey, all our own frequency. But what it really means is: your experience of everything matches your own vibration. You see what you are ready to see, you feel what resonates with you, and what shows up in your life reflects where you are. It doesn’t mean other people aren’t real — it just means you don’t share the same reality or frequency as everyone else. We are all part of the whole, but we are all at different stages, different tunes, and different paths. That’s why some things fit you perfectly, and some things just don’t belong to you at all.

So much of that new age teaching was actually designed to dull you down. It twists things to make you think nothing really matters, nothing is real, and you shouldn’t care about anything. All it does is make people doubt their own eyes, their own feelings, and their own truth — and it leaves so many feeling empty, numb, and depressed. Real awakening doesn’t make you switch off — it makes you more alive, more aware, and more able to see what’s really going on.
