Really not hating here, but if you guys as VCs and startup ecosystem didn’t mention so many buzzwords like flywheel, engine, moat etc. the whole startup thing would be way more enjoyable and true. Most of the times you don’t have a clue about what that engine actually needs to be hence why you are not specific. My comment isn’t targeted to you just wanted to put this out there because startups are a cringe fiesta these days

This is outstanding advice. I have a SaaS but my SaaS can replace the company so I'm switching to this model as it's the best way to keep a defensible moat Competitors would have to figure out my tech AND service logistics. Must harder to compete with.
