I literally had a hairstylist just do this exact same thing to me when I went to go get my Locs re-twisted, she waited until she was done to tell me that the price changed because she quoted me four hours, but kept me in her chair for 11 hours and thought I was about to pay $880 when the original price was $320 .. She called the police because I refuse to pay
