Dr Nasiphi the age restriction is really a challenge especially for the 40+ a lot of us are still functioning at this age and still have a lot of responsibilities..We really need have a conversation about this issue.

Mayor, we applied when the programme was launched in February, but to date, we have not heard anything regarding the progress or outcome of the programme. When it was launched, I actively encouraged young people in my ward to register and apply. The same applies to the Solar Panel Technician Programme and the Cellphone Repair Programme. We would appreciate an update on the status of these programmes and when successful applicants can expect to be contacted.
