Just don’t do TRAVELOCITY booking. NEVER AGAIN! The apartment agency in Lisbon, Portugal in October 2025 “said” they contacted me via WhatsApp on access to the apartment. I have the log of ALL of my WhatsApp messages for October 2025. There are NO MESSAGES/E-MAILS, etc. from the apartment on gaining access. I NEVER got into the apartment. I had to find other accommodations. Travelocity response …non-refundable policy …. I guess it’s even “non-refundable” when the apartment agency is at fault. 😳😳😳😳😳😳. Travelocity sided with the apartment agency… who LIED!
