Singh had been charged with importing cocaine and possession for the purpose of trafficking after CBSA officers discovered 333 kilograms of suspected cocaine inside a commercial trailer arriving from the United States on March 6, 2025. Authorities initially estimated the drugs’ value at approximately $9 million. Justice Mark Poland delivered the acquittal at the Sarnia courthouse.
