i got the copper coil in june and it actually wasn’t THAT bad it was a 7/10 for like 3 seconds and that was it infact the cramps hurt more than getting it fitted

Marina coil what I had. After babies it didn’t hurt as cervix is still soft. My last two absolutely killed me and insert Iv had 4 children Iv told them they are not taking this one out it can stay in there.

I have the mirena coil, its okay but I have been gaining weight on it and I’m getting a lot of bloating around my belly area since having it. I think the hormones in birth control can affect metabolism.
