A famous painter once wanted honest feedback on his art work. So one morning he carried his finest painting in one of the crowded public market square. Beneath it he placed a note which read 'if you find any mistake in this painting, mark it with a cross'. When he returned at the end of the day, the moment he saw the painting, his heart sank. It was covered with crosses- almost every detail had been criticized. so, with a broken heart, he took it to a close friend and said ' perhaps lam not as talented as l thought'. His friend smiled and said ' do not loose hope paint the exact same picture again without even making a single change and tomorrow we will try something different. The following morning they placed an identical painting in the same square but this time, the note said 'if you find any mistake please correct it, brushes and paints are provided'. When the painter returned that evening , the painting was untouched not one person had changed the single brush stroke. His friend looked at him and said 'criticism is easy, contribution is difficult......'
