SOUND ON 🔉 This isn’t just squeezing muscles. I’m torquing my hands + pressing through my feet to tensegrally activate fascial lines remodeling my structure from the ground up. Why? I’ve lived with an 85° kyphoscoliosis from a hemivertebrae since adolescence. That trauma shaped a hardened shell of compensatory fascia. But fascia can be remodeled. This movement recalibrates my body’s internal suspension system aka tensegrity (Levin, 2002) where muscles act as anchors and fascia distributes force like a suspension bridge. I’m not “contracting” fascia. I’m gripping and twisting the edges of my body’s fascial wetsuit, pulling and torquing fascial seams to encourage spiraled elongation and alignment (Myers, 2001) through my torso. As I stand, pressure and force spiral upward: foot to hand, limb to core, creating decompression and 3D extension (Schleip et al., 2012). Fascia adapts via mechanotransduction, when slow, intentional tension tells cells to reshape structure (Ingber, 2006). And yes, fascia holds memory (Langevin, 2006). This isn’t mainstream yet, because it takes real skill to feel this, and the research is only just emerging. I’m just applying the concepts being confirmed in this new research. It requires breath, attention, torque, and somatic awareness—all of which I teach inside www.PostureDojo.com. I might be the first to clearly document this in real time—on video, showing how neuromyofascial pathways can be rewritten. Capturing not just the movement, but the sound of change. You’ll hear cracks and releases: • From synovial joints—like my spine and jaw—adjusting under new force vectors • From myofascial adhesions breaking up, rehydrating and sliding again, releasing years of stiffness and bracing. The scientific world will catch up. In the meantime, I’m giving it all away. It’s called the Height Maximus Protocol—my full fascia-first system to unravel, align, and fortify posture. Check my link for access. Feel the liberation for yourself.
