Auditor is wrong. It’s a private business even though the city owns it it’s maintained and ran by this company. It does not automatically make it public. Also, the designee for records request is the people at City Hall. That is part of the contract agreement. This auditor takes a very liberal reading of everything and only interprets the parts that he wants not the parts he doesn’t like.
