Some basic information, given the Daily Mail didn't bother. This is an upper stage from a falcon rocket, so not the whole thing, and it'll make a small crater. If you're in Europe, you've no hope of seeing it as it'll be past sunrise. If you're in North America with a 5"+ telescope, you've got a chance. With an 8"+ telescope your odds are pretty good. It'll be a momentary flash, so make sure you're recording video or you're likely to miss it.
