This is absolutely stupid and dangerous. The one kid in grey with his arm stuck in the air either has broken neck at c6 (one sign is not being able to put your arm down) or some other major neurological issue. Many of them were knocked unconscious. The risk of TBI is so high and can cause permanent Impairment to include violent uncontrollable outbursts.
