I'm not sure what she did, but I know what the cops did.They did a home invasion, they had a phone call making allegations.They had no solid evidence , they absolutely needed a warrant to enter the curtilage of that woman's home

I’m with the home owner on this one. I’m not defending a drunk driver, but I don’t think cops should bend constitutional rights. Wasn’t in hot pursuit, don’t think they can articulate exigent circumstances, they can knock and talk, but when she says get off my property, they need to get out of the house.
