You are amazing and we only hurt the ones that we love so you shouting at your kids okay that was hard to do I get it and I know you regret it but at the end of the day you're only human I snap all the time it means absolutely nothing they forgive you instantly because they love you and you love them so please don't be so hard on yourself and you please do keep going because you're doing really well. It's really not easy having kids they can stress you out endlessly especially with these constant holidays that they have from school. Everybody has the rights to have an off day or so and because you've not been feeling well you have every right to snap.

You are human Beth all us mums have our bad moments and we always take it out on the people we are the most close to. Your children will know how much you’re struggling and they love you so they will understand.
