Lied too but if she stayed and USED HER FUCKING BRAIN FOR TWO SECONDS she could have easily seen how shady her uncle was moving and she also would have understood why they kept the spirit attacks from her. She almost died to spirits multiple times she wasn’t ready, if not for jinora and massive plot armor she’s dead
