But it’s actually part of Italian dining culture—a chance to slow down, enjoy small bites, and ease into the meal before the main dishes arrive. That was one of my favorite parts of our experience at Benvenuto in Seoul. From the warm atmosphere to the authentic Italian dishes, it honestly felt like we had stepped into a little corner of Italy without leaving Seoul. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, and it reminded me that some of the best food experiences while traveling aren’t always the ones you expect. If you’re planning a trip to Korea, don’t limit yourself to only Korean food.
