it’s good to know if you have kids. incase u have to leave work to get a sick kid from school or smth or family vacations school events etc same with if your planning to have kids. so they know if they’d have to give u time off

i know people are debating the last question, the issue with that one is the way she asked. you can ask if there’s anything that would prevent you from being able to stand for long periods of time, but asking someone straight up if they have a condition is unprofessional!
