Ok so she is absolutely insane and acting like a lunatic. But I think seatbelt tickets are nothing but a money grab because you’re only endangering yourself. Speeding I get because you put others at risk. Insurance is 100% necessary because it’s not to protect you but to protect other people’s assets when you are in the wrong whether it is another car or you still have a loan on the car. And of course car seat requirements are necessary because w e have way to many bad parents out there. But a seatbelt doesn’t affect anybody but yourself.
