looking at the video and listening to the commentary just causes me to shake my head. there are signs all over the place that say electric fence stay away and these idiots keep touching it like their immune to the electric fence when they're not. it is a zap it doesn't hurt but it is enough to catch your attention to keep you away from the fats and that's what the design is for. there's nothing wrong with electric fences and farmers who raise cattle use them all the time. Farm kids used to like to talk City kids into peeing on the electric fence simply because it was fun.
