They sorted my problem out and refunded me for my missing items. I believe I’m only a couple of pounds short but I’m not bothered about that, they also didn’t charge me for the eq they refunded me for so I can’t complain I just don’t like getting things for free! I’ve ordered just under 15 times, I’m also on the second loyalty card since having to use crypto. They could improve ticket response times other than that they’re a the best lab about and will sort issues out when they answer tickets. The products are amazing! I’m just giving an honest review! I will order again from critical.again, In fact i’m also waiting for an order I put in the other day.
