The other three, were severely injured, in bad condition so they got airlifted, the brakes weren't stuck, he was drinking and smoking a THc vape, and the one that got ejected, died, the one screaming about how the brakes wouldn't work, he got 5yrs in prison

The people saying maybe the brakes failed why would anyone try to exit a sharp turn knowing your brakes failed? Any person will try to work around it or go on the grass instead on a straight road instead exiting makes no sense he did it on purpose
