@michielverstrat: Jorge Martín is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer and the 2024 MotoGP World Champion who has publicly shared that he is autistic. This makes me cry and smile at the same time. My son is autistic. He just turned 5 years old. He doesn't talk yet. No "dad." No "mom." But he is also the happiest person I have ever met. And every single day he surprises me with skills that most people don't see at first. I'm incredibly proud of him. Seeing someone like Jorge Martín reach the very top of his sport gives me something every parent hopes for. Hope. Hope that my son will have an amazing life. Because in the end, that's all that really matters. Having a job you love. Doing what makes you happy. Being accepted for who you are. Becoming a father changed me as an entrepreneur too. I used to measure success by growth, revenue and milestones. Today, I measure it differently. Success is enjoying what you do. If you wake up excited every morning, you've already won.
