The lines don’t matter. The turn signal doesn’t matter. What matters is that the Jeep driver made a poor judgement, turned into oncoming traffic, and is 100% at fault.

Using your blinker is irrelevant in this situation, as the car with the dash cam has the right of way, the jeep is also trying to to do an unprotected left turn on a double yellow line.

I work in insurance. (Not life insurance so chill) 1. They crossed double yellow 2. They changed lanes 3. They made a left hand turn. They are at fault. Without this dash cam I imagine 50/50

Blinker or no, crossing double yellow lines is still an illegal move. Oncoming traffic has the right away versus someone turning from the opposite side of oncoming traffic
