I have a solution for this! idk if it works with super long nails but I have custom wasd key caps that are just a bit higher than the rest of my other keycaps, my nails don't end up touching the ability buttons this way [happy]

feel u girl, i have the exact same keyboard but its still very uncomfy to play with nails on so i found the sweet spot where my fingertips still touch the keys and the nails go kinda downwards
