What about women right on divorce. Where a man can just wake up one day and pronounce Tallaq and there is no compensation for the woman despite all she has sacrificed for in the marriage but if reverse is the case she has to return the mahr to him and they can’t get married again but the man still has 3 chances to marry her over again.
