Non è una pausa dal lavoro: è un altro modo di lavorare, forse il più silenzioso, ma anche il più necessario. Per questo, dal 3 al 26 agosto la cucina di Procaccini resterà chiusa. Non per allontanarci, ma per tornare più pronti che mai. Together with my whole brigade, we're dedicating these days to cleaning, restoring, and putting back in order everything that works for you every night without ever stopping.
