I'm a husband. I don't see how this is special. This is just being married. Are women out there having children with and marrying dudes who don't do this? Also I'm sure all these husbands are also being treated respectfully by their wives and coming home to peace and love and physical connection.

so I went to dinner with my last ex and his family at texas road house one night and I really wanted a steak. I had just had surgery on both my hands and elbows for carpal tunnel and cubital 3 days ago and was still healing. Before ordering the steak I asked him if he would be ok with helping me cut the steak. if he had said no, I wouldn't have ordered it. Before he could answer his mom chimed in and said of course we will help you! He stayed silent. The food arrives to the table and he proceeds to dig into his plate, still staying silent. about 10 minutes go by, and I had decided to start eating my side dishes of green beans and corn bread. His had been staring him down the whole time and finally said "Sam! help her cut her steak already." He rolled his eyes, sighed heavily, and began cutting my steak. I've been single for 4 years now and every time I scroll past something like this it reminds me why.

so happy for any woman with a husband like this. my sweet hud would either feed me my food or make my plate and take the kids off my hands to eat peacefully when they were infant through toddler age. he does so much more and I appreciate him so much.

yesterday my husband forced me to go work in my craft room after eating Taco Bell he brought me. I have a TV in my craft room and a cricut and a heat press and he took the kids and watched avatar while I watched TV and made lil stickers

I made a comment about wanting coffee made when I wake up but I’m to lazy to make the pot while I get ready so he went and bought me a coffee maker with a timer and he sets it for me every day. It’s the little things that make a difference
