Bác nhiều lần khẳng định cách mạng Việt Nam là một bộ phận không thể tách rời của cách mạng quốc tế. Và rồi ngày 18-1-1950, Cộng hoà nhân dân Trung Hoa chính thức đặt quan hệ ngoại giao với Việt Nam.
