Working in fleet rentals, it is very very rare we get an SLE/LT with 20 inch wheels. They all come with 17s. We prefer it that way as it makes tires cheaper for us and our customers.

I bought that exact spec truck minus the wheels from a northern Ontario dealer a year ago. You’re right, it will go to someone in northern Ontario and if I were a betting man I’d say it’s an older blue collar fella that buys it. Someone who will most likely pay cash for the truck but likes the idea of saving a few bucks when it comes to replacing the tires.

I don’t speak Canadian but just powder coat them gloss black or have your mobile body guy come out and paint them black.

just do what Toyota dealer do. take the wheels off as there likely 3x the cost of aftermarket equivalents so just get aftermarket equivalents mark it up as a "upgrade" and pocket the wheels to slap on a trade-in or put on a half ton and mark it up again

heck, I wish we could still run 15s and 16s. Tires wouldn't be wicked expensive and you'd have more room for rubber. 33x12.5-15 MTs will always be my favorite look, but I realize modern braking systems require larger room to work.
