Great point. Teenagers need to take the usually low paying entry level job because you need no experience and they learn skills to start climbing the ladder to a job that does pay well.

You absolutely nailed it. Immigration has to be done correctly and gradually to give time to build an infrastructure to support it. That's the problem with Canada, too many, too quickly with an infrastructure that can't keep up.
