Why are you trying to blame the Police, when it's the irresponsible motor cyclist that's clearly to blame. The biker ignored signals to slow down and stop, drove into a residential area, and ran a red light. And no-one "forced" the biker to do this... he could have stopped... but instead he chose to drive at speed and crashed into a pregnant girl killing her.
