i sruggle with ocd badly i feel foe jack so much it really sucks even when my family makes me something i think it’s poisoned and i have long lasting intrusive thoughts like one time i know it sounds silly but i was scared i was gonna harm myself or someone else ive had many panic attacks and 3 therapists tell him to keep his head up it wont go away but it will get alot better i hope your okay jack and dont worry about things like that i know its hard not too but your body is very strong especially yours stay strong

I also have OCD and when I have a meltdown I feel like knowing the band is just there as a tool makes me feel better 🤷♀️

I can relate jack because I've got OCD too and struggle with a lot of things like checking my room to make sure my if its in perfect or not or if I don't do something properly like count the steps in the stairs when I go up or down

I feel like the band relaxes me and in turn then reduces the tics but it’s not an instant thing like it seems to be for some people. It just makes me feel better about my tics and calmer
