@blacklawyerintech: Join the startup. At least, that’s probably going to be my answer if you ask me. Not because every startup succeeds. They don’t. And not because it’s the right choice for everyone. It’s because some of the biggest leaps in my career came from betting on opportunities that weren’t guaranteed. I learned faster, took on work I wouldn’t have touched otherwise, and had the chance to be part of two IPOs. I’m not special. I just kept saying yes to opportunities that helped me grow.
