humiliation rituals only work if that person gives a rip what others think.. no matter who you are, you can be on top and the world loves you and praises ya. and all the praise a person recieved, that person is one mistake, or one jealous deed away from finding out that every person that praised them will in fact kick them when they are down...so it dont matter what ppl think , therefore a HR is then NULL AND VOID LOL
