The arbitrator should look and see that he signed paperwork to arbitrate a truck that never existed. Thus the dealer has no footing to arbitrate. if it goes to court, that’s the first thing the judge is gonna see🤔

The negligence by this dealership is beyond belief. What they put this man through and actually risked his life by reporting it stolen is criminal! I pray this man gets at least three to $500,000 at this dealership.

We’re talking about the police’s reaction to being told there’s a stolen vehicle does nothing because the police are going off a business saying a vehicle was stolen. I wanna know what happened to the business for screwing this up and causing this trauma to chain.

The problem I have with the sheriffs department regarding this, is they drug it on a long time when it could have been solved in 5 minutes. They put him in an interrogation room and asked all the wrong questions.

Can we get some elaboration on the judges decision re the arbitrator? If the dealer murders the customer, why would the judge say that the arbitrator must decide whether that’s under the contract?
