Because Disney is skilled taking a cow and running it into the ground. You had a chance with George Lucas a story to finish the Skywalker line instead, you decided to take all of his ideas and throw them out. You took the ideas of the creator, the visionary, and the person who understood this world the best you took their ideas and threw them out for a cheap knock off. And that’s the reason why it’s sold because it was a Star Wars movie, but when people go back and analyze, they turned out to be the worst trilogy of the the nine movies and it split the fan base. With Mandalorian, the first season was good. It had potential it had darkness to it and had aspects to it, but then it became a cheap version of its original version. The darkness was gone. The story building was gone even the credible actors left. And the story went into the tank as it does with Disney movies. Disney needs to go back to George take his ideas and put them back on the screen like they should or hire some fans or a Debt at writing this stuff and understand what it is. Some of the best stuff ever come out as fanfiction. And Disney just keeps ruining the whole thing with these types of movies.
