that's lovely now who has 7500 sitting around at the end of the month that you really have no need for it's so unrealistic telling someone to save 10k a month when like most peoples salary is probably under 20k a month

Assuming inflation rate stays 6%. Also assuming you still alive in 40years. Also assuming you earn enough to keep paying that amount with 10% increase every year. Do the math people. If 100 people do this - estimated 50% plus drops out before that time. Everything looks good. Until you try it yourself. If you do make it - then what - what's the world like at that time - what's your body like( can you still enjoy it).
