@kellylouisekilljoy: Advertisement for @NYXCosmeticsNordics | Which Nordic country is the best ally? Find out as the Nordics continue to bicker while doing their Pride looks! Each look is inspired by a different Pride flag mixed with my favourite shades of NYX Buttermelt Blush 🌈 I'm very proud to partner with NYX Professional Makeup, who continue to support diversity and fearless self-expression. Not just during Pride but all year around. I'll let my characters know that being an ally isn't about winning but about showing up, supporting each other and celebrating people for who they are. Happy Pride ❤️🏳️‍🌈 #nyxcosmeticsnordics #nyxcosmetics #nordiccountries #scandinavia #proudalliesforall

Felicia :

I love the fact that Finland is doing the non-binary flag cause they have only one pronoun

Tino :

Sadly Finland is not winning this one

☆ :

SO YOU R TELLING ME I WAS BORN BEFORE GAYS COULD MARRY IN MY COUNTRY?!

Aapotwinjo :

juu guys suomi aint winning this one✌️😭

cap' John Price :

I love how its all flags Denmark: Lesbian Norway: bi (?) Finland: nonbinary Sweden: trans And last but not least Iceland as the prideflag

Zameezy :

Finland gender neutral pronoun since 1300s 😆

Auburn :

Norway won the death penalty competition; we got rid of it first. Norway 1842 Sweden 1864 Denmark 1866 Iceland 1869 Finland 1894

Sara Sif :

As a trans Icelander, I don't feel safe any more. Hate crime is on the rise. During pride weekend, we had 7 hate crimes against LGBTQIA+ folks. That doesn't sound like a lot but really think about it. Our population is tiny, which makes that number huge when put in context.

Ár :

Iceland on paper is very open, but there are VERY loud voices of hate that threaten violence and the rise of right conservative ideals in government are making the future look bleak

NYXCosmeticsNordics :

You are the best ally! Love love love you and this 🔥❤️❤️❤️

2xMerezone :

Our current president has openly said that he is bi ❤️💜💙 🇫🇮 and yes, I did double check that information before commenting 🏳️‍🌈

Siwpa :

yeaaah although I live in finland I have to say we are extremely homophobic :) and racist! this year I came across so many hateful comments about gays and it made me sad 😭😭💔 I'm proud to be gay and an ally to all my LGBTQA people 🩷🌈

Álfur Sigurlaugarson🏳️‍🌈🇮🇸 :

i wish we didn't have hate crimes in Iceland but sadly that's nor real, hate towards queer folks has increased in the past 6 years, heck i felt safer in 2010 than i do now.

Fabel :

The Bear Dad :

Omg .. we had a win !

✨ Ali ✨ :

Omg I’m bisexual and live in Norway

I'm so proud to be Icelandic! There are still homophobes here but I think that there are more people that support it (with the younger generation) than the homophobes :)

Milla_oioi :

Why did i first notice they were doing the makeup by the theme of the pride flags💀

maria132534 :

Finland is extreme homofobic

🏳️‍⚧️Andrea(he/they)🖤 :

Took me a hot minute to catch on to the different flag-looks! (Love them, though!)🏳️‍🌈✨🏳️‍⚧️

Elmar Aron Hannah :

Iceland WAS more inclusive about 10 years ago but a lot of younger men have been getting radicalised lately

MAS 🇬🇧🇪🇺 :

Sweden gave the world ABBA in the 1970s 🤷🏻‍♂️

Kat Lemhagen :

I do feel like it’s a little ironic for Sweden to have the trans flag cause this country is really not great as a trans person. Of course it’s not the worst it could be, but like Denmark and Iceland are at least a little better
