Sandwich loaf I actually filmed this a while ago and forgot to post! Recipe for 1 loaf 150g sourdough starter 325g water
25g honey or brown sugar 20g olive oil 10g salt 500g bread flour 1. Combine sourdough starter and water and mix until it looks milky then add sugar or honey and olive oil, mix and then add the remaining ingredients and mix well until you get a shaggy dough. 2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let it sit on the counter for one hour 3. Start your first of four coil folds. I like to do a round of stretching folds for the first round and then 2, 3 and 4 l do coil folds. Do coil folds every 30min. 4 rounds total. 4. After the last coil fold cover with the plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about eight hours or overnight 5. The next morning, get it out of the fridge and let it sit on the counter for two hours. 6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin until most of the bubbles are gone. Add cinnamon + brown sugar here if you’d like. Raisins make a great addition too! 7.fold both long sides to the center, and Roll it up into a log starting from the end closest to you, pinched the edges as you roll. place in your bread pan (spray or butter first) Cover and let it sit for one hour on the counter. 8. Bake at 400° with the lid on for 55 minutes. if your bread pan does not have a lid, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 20-25min #sourdough #sourdoughsandwichloaf #sandwhichbread #homemadebread #Recipe
