Joining a Reverse Auction is simple. ITL holders can voluntarily submit a sell offer that includes the amount of ITL they wish to sell and the price they would like to receive. InterLink Labs may review these offers and decide whether to repurchase ITL using treasury funds. Participation is completely optional, and no holder is required to submit an offer. Every participant remains fully responsible for deciding whether to join, as well as selecting the quantity and price that best match their own preferences.
