The more I watch the more I realize there are so many plot holes, we don’t really know what happened… but I think that defense attorney knows what hes doing, thank goodness. I think you’re totally right though—they have the wrong villian on trial, because it’s NOT HER. I’ve been shouting this in comment sections (with a lot of people calling me crazy). 🙄

She told him that she was having suicidal and homicidal thoughts about her children. She also told him that she was doing much better. I was feeling fine and somebody had to feed the children and go get their medication. So you’re saying he should only believe the negative things that she says and not the positive things. The only thing he could’ve done different was to have had her institutionalized.
