Plan less and allow for emergency meetings. They pre-predict what will happen at the next meeting. Why meet and waste time and money to say as we planned, no changes or this change we anticipated is happening? It’s pretty rare they meet and we’re all blown away with the results.

Zero meetings would be fine. Because everything is reaching or has reached the point of not being affordable anyway- so what does it matter if we tweak some meaningless number a quarter point or two- we still can’t afford groceries, car insurance and a new car, plus utilities all going up by 3% or more each 😂
