My mom is an identical twin. My aunt picked me up from school one day and I talked to her the entire way home. She pulls in the driveway and says “okay be real quiet when you go in, your mom has a migraine.” I’ve never been so flabbergasted lol I was like 15 😂 It doesn’t happen often but we’ve all been tricked once.

my twin and I both worked at a children’s shelter. We worked opposite shifts so when there were babies or toddlers who needed extra care because of their trauma we’d get assigned to them. They’d always see one of us so the building trust part was easy! Those babies loved us but they thought we were one person😅

Not child related but my sister and I are twins. In high school, our best friends were twins. We all worked at the same McDonalds and our managers would purposely put one of us each at the both of the drive thru windows. The customers loved it.

My nana has twin sisters, my nana passed and they showed up to the funeral separately. The one that shows up first is BALLING and I’m trying to console her with “it’s okay Aunt Betty” she stops MID CRY to look me dead in my eyes to say IM BARBARA 😂😂😂 like dang my bad girl yall got the same face 😂😂😂😂

My dad’s secretary was an identical twin who was also a secretary. They would sometimes switch work just for fun. My dad always knew but never told anyone. He was impressed and thought it was hilarious. My dad was a mechanical engineer and the other twin’s boss was a trial attorney. This was in the 80’s & 90’s.

my dad had an identical twin, and one time my mom ended up picking up my uncle from the airport or something when my oldest brother was a baby. my uncle got in the car and greeted my mom and brother just like my dad would have. according to my mom, he literally said and did everything my dad would have. well, my brother somehow knew that he was not, in fact, our dad, and started sobbing because of it. somehow even when he was only like a year old, he knew the difference. it was crazy, lol
