Perhaps you hire a lawyer to address discrimination based on National Origin / Race which is a protected class. You have an opportunity here to sue and win, however you may not be allowed to disparage your employer on social media.

This happened to me because I have a Pali last name. Refaat. I go to interviews at a dermatology office as receptionist/billing and they were so impressed by not only my experience but by the fact I had a Cosmetology license, they offered me a role in the cosmetic dermatology side that they havent yet interviewed for. So they introduce me to the fromt desk manager and she looks at my resume they handed her and right away she asks me, “where are you from?”. When I heard her accent, I knew it. She was Israeli. I said my dad is Syrian. She goes, I am from Israel and I recognize your last name. My heart sunk. So, the practice manager asks me to return in the AM and shadow this woman and see if I want the med side or the cosmetic side. So I come back the next day and this woman was off the chain. She was F this and F that and F them. Then she was annoyed about her son calling her and she said really loud, “actions have consequences” and it was SO obvious she was dropping inuendoes. She started talking about her restaurant she owns in town named Desert Rose - all middle eastern food but of course labeled “Mediterranean”. She was trying so hard to exert power in from of me and I graciously took it. Thats when I knew I wouldnt be working there. I dont know what she said, but they never called me back. These people are insufferable my God. My heart was racing the entire time.
