just an idea but get one of those small steps stools like 6 to 8 inch tall. and get 4 door wedges the tri angle ones, taller the better. then one piece of square wood or plastic. about 1in by 1in. and as wide as the step stool is. have someone bolt the wedges to the top of the stool angled towards you. and the plastic at the bottom of the wedge. you can use the plastic/wood piece to help you pull the shoe off in a smooth fashion aswell as set the shoes up in a way that you could push your feet into them easier. just an idea. I can draw you a example if you would like
