@thechrisstevenson: The sales training I did last week was at the Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA in Crown Point, Indiana last week and I have to say… I was blown away. 🤯 Biggest YMCA I’ve ever seen. Massive facility with everything. But here’s what really impressed me: the service culture. As someone who coaches, teaches, and writes about customer experience for a living, I see a lot of facilities do a good job. This one? They nailed it. Every interaction, every touchpoint, the energy of the team, the way members were treated. It was exceptional. 💙 Even when they were slammed, you could feel the intentionality behind every decision. That’s what a real customer experience culture looks like. Huge respect to the entire team at Southlake YMCA.
