I feel really bad because I was born into trauma. And I feel like this is how I am with my kids. I don't mean to be, i've been in therapy for years but just moved. And i'm hiring a new therapist, and hopefully they can help me, because the last one definitely didn't do nothing much. I only had one good one who I felt like I was making progress with. It's hard being a parent when you have. So much trauma like, should I not have been a parent? I had no idea that you know, things were going to be the way they are. But it's really hard when you're trying to be a parent and parent, your kids and parent yourself at the same time. I never, ever had love. I didn't realize how much it messed me up. Mentally, but I really do feel bad for my kids because I feel like i'm definitely always irritated. I try really hard to be in the moment. But my gosh, it's really hard. When you're a single parent and come from so much trauma prayers for all of those out there who I like me because I know i'm not alone

its a good book but seems written by AI for a highschool psychology class. my son and i get a kick out it but I assume most children would be like "wtf. this isnt written for kids".

then why when i talk to them normslly they act like i dont exsist but if i start yelling oh they notice im talkin to them. i have a soft voice so yelling literally makes my troat sore and scratchy i start coughing, so nah somtimes your kids are just A holes.
